Questions

How does a Vintage Labs Gift Card work?
You buy a card, we deliver a code digitally, and it is applied as balance at checkout on Vintage Labs orders.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
Yes. Choose "Gift it to someone", add their name, email address and an optional message.
Can I schedule delivery?
Yes, pick a send date up to 90 days ahead. Otherwise the card goes out right after payment.
Can I send the Gift Card to myself?
Yes — choose "Send it to myself" and the code lands with your order so you can print or forward it.
Does the recipient need a Vintage Labs account?
No. The Gift Card code works at checkout without an account. An account is only needed for a PRO or LEGENDARY Gift Membership.
Can the Gift Card balance be used over multiple purchases?
Yes, the remaining balance stays on the card until it is used up.
What happens if the order costs more than the Gift Card balance?
The balance is deducted and the remainder is paid with a normal payment method at checkout.
What is the difference between a Gift Card and a PRO / LEGENDARY Gift Membership?
A Gift Card is shop balance for products. A Gift Membership is a 12-month Collector's Lab membership upgrade, redeemed on a Vintage Labs account — it never becomes shopping balance.
